AVLN Active Online Teaching
In the fall of 2004, I participated in AVLN’s Active Online Teaching class, taught by Marilyn Eggers, PhD and member of the AVLN board. While there were no projects required for this class, there was a considerable amount of reading and reflecting to do. The discussion board was a particular pleasure throughout the class, and specifically when Don Roy, PhD and member of the AVLN board, was present as a participant in the dialogue. We were studying some of Don’s modules for integrating faith and learning during some of the weeks, and he joined the discussion on the DB during this time.
